Lily's feet always get cold in the snow and she usually lifts up here right back foot. It must be easier for her to hobble on three feet by holding this one up but it does look funny. With the weather so cold we tend to limit the walks outside due to her hating cold snow between her pads. I think we should buy some booties for her so she can comfortably go out in the snow when it's so cold. My mom doesn't think this is such a good idea because Lily would just struggle to pull them off and would actually probably not move. Maybe we'll try them out sometime and I think she'll get used to them after a while.

Last night I made some Nestle chocolate chip cookies with Lily at my side. She really likes cookies of any flavor but if they include chocolate she gets all excited. She had a few tidbits as I baked but she did wait patiently and only got excited when she could smell them coming out the of the oven. Lily also kept a watchful eye toward the washer top where I had them cooling off on some newspaper. I forgot to bring some to work but now my writing about them is making me wish I had brought some with me.
